I have had a lot of experience working with attorneys on behalf of clients and I found Sam to be the rare professional that puts the client ahead of his own interests. I not only got this impression from working with him directly but also gleaned that notion from many of the reviews of his work that I have read. We interviewed a few other Loudoun County attorneys to advise my mother on her estate matters but I did not encounter any others that left me with a good impression.

While I am a Maryland resident, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sam to prepare documents for my _own_ estate or for any business law situation that I might encounter. While changes of late in the estate tax laws would seem to neutralize the need for trusts, I would point out that the current estate tax laws are _temporary_ and that many people that might benefit from trusts may ignore moving forward and find themselves in a more difficult situation two years down the road (with no time to recover).

While Sam is relatively new in the practice of law, he has many years of practical business experience. His tenacious attitude in serving his clients, his integrity, and his notion of fairness, far outweigh any confidence that might be inferred with another attorney that has practised law for many years. We contacted Sam to discuss options regarding our home. When we contacted Sam, he was able to do an audit on our loan documents, and because of his extensive real estate background was able to communicate with our lender and negotiate a succesful outcome.
